About Us

iHateMiddlemen was born from frustration. Our founder experienced firsthand the challenges and steep costs associated with traditional real estate transactions. After several disappointing experiences with real estate agents during the home buying process, we decided to create a new model that aligns buyers, sellers, and agents while moving away from predatory real estate brokerages that charge high commissions to their clients as well as their own agents.

The Hidden Cost of "Free" Services

Many buyers operate under the misconception that buyer's agent services are "free" since sellers typically pay these fees. However, this arrangement simply masks the true cost. Sellers factor these commission fees into their listing prices, meaning buyers ultimately pay higher purchase prices.
